Best Mystic Gear -- Gamewide?

Ok, so I recently applied to a different guild, on the same server, with access to all 24 classes. This means I've respecced, after some internal struggle, to the complete melee mystic line. What is the best gear for this type of setup (specifically, but not including, weapon choices)? What is the best gear for a strictly healing, MT mystic?

I'd really like to know some of the better melee mystic choices. I have the doomsworn solitaire, which I'm pretty sure owns. But what about things like the agi earring? The str/agi rings? Armor is pretty straight forward, there isn't really anything great for armor. I have the vrak club. Don't think anything is worth replacing The Arm of Erollisi. But some Jewlery and Belt, I'm wondering what might be best. Maybe even CoF?

The list i am about to list is what I believe is some of the best gear. Most of the gear i have and wear but there are a few pieces i know of that would be better in certain spots but i dont have them so i cant say " Yes there a major upgrade."

At work currently so doing this out of my head:
I only swap jewelry / weapon when i am dps-ing

Neck:
the necklage that drops from the Clockwork menace has a nice heat proc i adorned it with +10 dps

Earrings:
Mystical orb of the Invoker (procs nice damage on hostile spell)
I accidently deleted my Mystical orb of the warrior

Both items easy to aquire by completing some collection quest.

Rings:
Pristine imbued Ring of Strength (jeweler crafted)
Ring of four winds (quested) or Prisine imbued Ring of Agility (jeweler crafted)

bottomline is anything that has a proc effect or increases dps/haste increases the dps by alot. But the most dps comes from group setup.

Ask your RL for a dirge and berzerker, grab your great spear and start whacking 1500+

Healing > DPS

Healer orb > Invoker orb, especially when melee specced.

I agree on you Healing > DPS
However since clearing trash is the new way of SOE to make raids "exciting" i found out we most of the time playing dps.

Of course we debuffing the mobs and help stabilize MT but as soon as for example brownies dieing the urge to heal goes and i find myself whacking them with a spear.

I agree dag... in EH it gets daft on adds... 0 requirement for resists or wis so just load up anything with a proc or +STR/INT on it. I use 2 macros for healing gear and 2 for dps gear to switch between 600+ wis gear to 600+ str gear - record was over 1.2k STR buffed in grp which i know is useless but was fun. At that level Staff of Cultivation crits for 2.4k and is hasted down to about 4-5 secs.
